Prior to your procedure, you may receive a phone call from our staff if there is any question about your insurance coverage, or if there is any payment due from you on the day of service

Since you are only receiving an injection, you may drive yourself to your appointment and you may drive yourself home. There is no need to have anyone stay with you.

If this is your first visit with us, you will receive a packet containing information and forms from your physician. Please complete all forms and bring the entire packet with you to your appointment. You may fill out and submit many of these forms in advance in the Important Forms and Documents section of this site. You will also need to bring your health insurance information and a photo identification card, such as a driver’s license.

Once you arrive and your registration process is complete, you will be admitted into the Pre-Op area. A nurse will review your medical history and any allergies, the procedure you are scheduled for, and answer any questions you may have. You will meet the nurse who will be with you for your injection.

When your injection is complete, we will ask you to spend ten or fifteen minutes with us in the recovery room. Your physician will stop by to see you before you leave.
